The project!
Drive B2B sales growth, expanding market share, and managing key wholesale partnerships across France and Benelux. Ensure that volume and revenue growth align seamlessly with brand equity, visual presentation, and positioning standards.
What will the role entail?
Commercial Growth & Business Development: Identify, negotiate, and secure new wholesale accounts that match the brands identity, negotiating commercial terms, margins, and dedicated spaces
Showroom & Campaign Execution: Drive seasonal sales campaigns within the showroom, presenting collections to buyers and hitting sell-in targets.
Data Analysis & Performance Management: Monitor client sell-out data, inventory rotation, and sell-through rates. Proactively initiate stock management to maximize performance.
Brand Integrity & Visual Auditing: Collaborate with internal marketing and visual merchandising teams to ensure all wholesale partners maintain the brand's premium guidelines.
Lead, train and develop the team to ensure the achievement of the area objectives and alignment with the company values, both own employees or external (agents).
Strategic Planning: Creating long-term Account Plans that align the client's business goals with the company's brands roadmaps.
