The project!

We are looking for a B2B Digital Platform Specialist to join our Customer Operations department at our office in Barcelona (Sant Feliu de Llobregat).

In this role, you will ensure the best possible experience for our B2B platform users by solving issues, keeping the site up to date and getting involved in future developments.

You will also manage data across different systems (SAP, B2B) and execute brand communications through the B2B platform, while supporting stakeholders in decision-making through detailed reporting and analysis.

What will the role involve?

• Handle daily inquiries related to the B2B platform.
• Manage data (customers, products, etc.) between SAP and the B2B platform.
• Keep the B2B platform updated (products and configuration).
• Send regular newsletters to our B2B users.
• Monitor and report on the usage and performance of the platform.
• Identify needs and potential improvements.
