The Project!

As a Store Design and Development Specialist you will manage and coordinate openings, refits or relocations for our spaces in Shopping Centers or stores for the brands Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein in Spain and Portugal

 

What will the role entail?

  • Overseeing and assisting in the successful execution of our Shop in Shop projects (in Shopping Centers), from the initial kick off and measurement until the installation and snagging
  • Reviewing the design of the spaces, proposing changes and improvements
  • Calculating the capacity of product and collaborating with Visual Merchansing team on the design sign off and creation of Opening Packs
  • Approving installation budgets
  • Supporting the management and development of refit and opening projects for Retail stores
  • Supporting the seasonal Showroom updates
  • Coordinating and communicate with cross-functional project teams

Requirements

  • Degree or higher on Technical Architecture, Architecture or Interior Design
  • Minimum of 2 years working in a similar role
  • High level of Spanish and English (min. B2-C1)
  • High level of Excel and AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit. 
  • A highly organized and collaborative individual with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing project needs.
  • Interest in retail design, project coordination, or interior architecture is a plus.
