The Project!

Lead and Coordinate Strategic Maintenance and Refit Projects Across Our Stores, SIS, Offices, and Showrooms – Ensuring Operational Excellence and Brand Consistency

 

What will the role entail?

  • Coordinate and supervise the preventive and reactive maintenance actions of the facilities of all the company's properties (stores, offices, corners -Corte Inglés- and showrooms) working with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) – GMAO system.
  • Analyze, evaluate and address maintenance incidents
  • Management of costs
  • Supervise the coordination of the activities of suppliers
  • Project Management for store closures and small refits
  • Promote the implementation of improvements in your area to guarantee optimal achievement of results.

Requirements

  • Education Level: Architectural / Interior and Industrial Design.
  • Minimum of 2 years working in an engineering and maintenance environment.
  • Basic understanding of construction systems.
  • A minimum of 2 years working with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) – CMMS system.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Languages: Spanish and English.
  • Technical requirements: Excel and AutoCAD.
