The project!

As a Master Data Specialist you will manage and oversee the integration of material master data of our brand collections between the different systems and data bases of the company.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented role to ensure high-quality data administration.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Excel, SAP basic skills at user level, possess strong communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment

 

Which will the role entail?

  • Coordinate the administration and organization of material master data for our brand collections in our systems. 
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and analysing data.
  • Manage a large amount of data between the different systems, ensuring data consistency, accuracy and timely updates to support operational needs.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to collect, review, and align data requirements.
  • Manage communication between teams to address data-related challenges and solutions.
  • Support process improvements for efficient data management.

Requirements

Requirements of the position:

  • University degree in Business, Engineer or similar.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role.
  • English C1
  • Technical Skills: proficient level of excel and SAP or other ERP skills at user level.
