The project!

As Ecommerce Director you will define and execute the company's global ecommerce strategy, ensuring seamless customer experiences across digital touchpoints, and maximizing revenue growth through ecommerce channels. 

 

What will the role entail?

  • Develop and execute the global ecommerce strategy to drive growth, profitability, and exceptional customer experience, including online campaigns and promotions to optimize user engagement, website performance, and sales.
  • Lead planning processes, including sales forecasts, promotional calendars, and campaign schedules to ensure optimal resource allocation and strategic alignment.
  • Define and implement trade strategies, including pricing, assortment, and promotional tactics, to maximize revenue and conversion rates across all digital channels.
  • Oversee the P&L for the ecommerce department, ensuring financial sustainability and growth.
  • Analyze data and market trends to enhance conversion rates, traffic acquisition, and customer retention.
  • Manage marketplace strategies, including the identification and onboarding of new partners, ensuring expansion and operational excellence on third-party platforms.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in ecommerce/ 5 in a similar role preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
  • Adavanced english level.
  • Strong strategic vision and leadership with a proven ability to develop large-scale ecommerce strategies and manage cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset to drive data-based decisions, optimize performance, and improve customer experiences.
  • Proficiency in project management and technology adoption, ensuring efficient operations and problem-solving.
