Your Main Responsibilities:
Customer Experience: Inspire and engage customers through attention to detail and excellent service that reflects our brand values
Sales: Achieve sales targets and KPIs through strong brand presentation and product knowledge
Store Operations: Handle stock control, inventory management, cash register duties, daily closing, and related tasks
Store Appearance: Ensure a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment
Team Culture: Contribute to a positive working atmosphere where collaboration and team spirit are a top priority
No previous experience required – retail experience is a plus
Team player with a commercial mindset
Strong communication skills
Friendly, helpful, positive, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented
