The Project! 

Facilitate the maximisation of wholesale revenues through the design, execution, distribution & analysis of reports through the sales organization and the implementation of reporting projects for the commercial operations.

What will the role entail?

• Design Reports supervised by the Commercial operations manager in BeX, BO, Power BI, Excel, drive & other platforms to analyse the sales performance.
• Understand all KPIs to drive the business on a daily basis and draw the reports in an easy way to read and analyse.
• Prepare accurate and timely reports for distribution to the business to communicate the progress and status of the wholesale business. 
• Wholesale Planning and forecasting: Assist in monitoring sales order entry during sales campaign and forecast sales to the end of the season weekly at market level & twice per season at style colour for Buy Events.
• Analyse reports & make recommendations: Understand the principals of wholesale & retail fashion sales to assess performance correctly
• Assist & lead reporting projects affecting the commercial organization & make sure all markets reporting needs are fulfilled properly.
• Consolidate the commercial conditions for each customer of the group, translate the impact to customer service, finance and credit control dpts.
