The project!

As Retail Director for Tommy Hilfiger within the Iberia scope, you will develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive sales, enhance customer experiences, and ensure operational excellence across all retail stores in the region.

What will the role entail?

• Develop and implement retail strategies to achieve business growth and profitability. Including store design, visual merchandising and retail merchandising strategies to guarantee the brand DNA and best product allocation.
• Oversee the daily operations of retail stores, ensuring efficient processes and optimal performance.
• Lead, inspire, and mentor retail teams to achieve performance targets.
• Develop and manage the retail budget, ensuring profitability and efficient resource allocation.
• Analyze financial reports and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales and cost management.
